Homes priced from $200,000-249,999 have 2.2 months of inventory. Homes priced from $250,000-$299,999 have 2.14 months of inventory. Homes priced from $300,000-399,999 have 2.62 months of inventory. Homes priced from $400,000-599,999 have 3.94 months of inventory. Homes from 600,000-999,999 have 6.3 months of inventory. Homes over 1,000,000 have 11 months of inventory.
